ASA Center Commercial-Administrative Complex

The ASA Center is the first 11-story tower in the Shahrdari Boulevard area of Mehrshahr, Karaj, and is one of the most modern and luxurious commercial, administrative, and medical centers in Alborz Province, covering an area of approximately 30,000 square meters.

This project was launched in 2019 (1398 in the Iranian calendar) through the efforts of Aseman Construction Group and Khaneh Bagh Design Company and is currently under completion. ASA Tower is one of the largest buildings with administrative and medical usage in Alborz Province. Located in the best area of Mehrshahr, Karaj—specifically in the most scenic part of Phase 1—this tower, due to its approximate height of 50 meters and the predominantly villa-style surroundings, enjoys a unique and breathtaking view.

The tower includes 11 floors of office and medical space, along with 3 floors of parking. One floor of the parking is reserved for property owners, while the other two serve the public. ASA Center, with its medical offices, administrative spaces, and diverse restaurants, will serve the residents of the region.

Land Area: 4,500 square meters
This project is the result of merging two adjacent 2,250 m² plots, located on 111th Street, Shahrdari Boulevard, Mehrshahr district, Karaj, Alborz Province.

Total Built-Up Area: 29,000 square meters
These two plots were consolidated to obtain a construction permit, which was issued in late 2018 (1397) for commercial, office, and parking use.

Commercial Spaces:
Five commercial units are located on the ground floor, facing 111th Boulevard.
A restaurant space with a terrace is situated on the southern side of the building.
