Aseman 1 Project is the first construction experience of the Aseman Group and marks the starting point of this company’s two decades of successful activity in the field of luxury and residential development.
This project is located in the Golshahr district of Karaj and represents Aseman Group’s first step toward defining new standards of urban living. The building was constructed on a 300-square-meter plot with a total built area of 800 square meters and consists of five floors and four residential units. The design of Aseman 1 was based on the principles of minimal and functional architecture, providing residents with a simple, bright, and calm urban living experience. Although the project was small in scale, the quality of construction, attention to detail, and careful selection of materials created a distinctive living experience. This project demonstrated that even on a small scale, it is possible to combine efficiency, beauty, and comfort.
