Aseman 11 Project is one of the landmark residential complexes developed by Aseman Construction Group in Kouye Mehr, Mehrshahr, Karaj. As the first designer and developer of terrace-villa residential complexes in Mehrshahr, Aseman Construction Group began the execution of this project in 2020, aiming to introduce a new model of urban living in harmony with nature.
The design of Aseman 11 is inspired by the stepped architectural style of Masuleh—a form that creates open views, maximizes natural lighting, and incorporates private green terraces, establishing a dynamic connection between interior living spaces and the surrounding natural environment.
The complex has been constructed on a 9,600-square-meter plot with a total built-up area of 25,000 square meters, consisting of five floors above a pilot level and 88 residential units. Aseman 11 represents a smart fusion of Iranian architectural identity with modern living—where light, nature, and tranquility are redefined through contemporary design.
