Aseman 15 Project is one of the most unique designs of Aseman Construction Group, inspired by authentic Iranian architecture, built on a 5,000 square meter plot with a 12,000 square meter footprint in Mehrshahr, Karaj. The complex consists of 28 units in the northern block and 38 units in the southern block, and is designed as a full-service complex to offer a combination of authenticity, functionality, and comfort in a harmonious space. In the design of Aseman 15, the concept of a garden pit — inspired by the traditional architecture of Kashan — has been used to provide natural light to the middle floors and create air conditioning. This approach has not only doubled the visual beauty of the complex, but also brought the feeling of living in a calm, bright, and lively space to the residents. Aseman 15 symbolizes the connection between Iranian architecture and modern life; where authenticity and comfort find meaning together.
